1. You sell your software really cheap. I’d like to make an order, but is there any catch?
Our aim is to provide our customers with best rates possible. We offer OEM products. This means no boxed CD, as well as user manual, is available. What you get is a ZIP file with the program of your choice. You need to extract all files and install the program. All software available in our Internet store is 100% legal and full-function. We sell neither demos nor trial versions. In case you have purchased a program with us and it doesn’t work, you will be issued a refund. All archives come with instructions on how to install the software.
2. I don’t understand the difference between boxed sets and OEM software.
OEM software is usually bought by large companies. They have many computers, so purchasing a box set for each one is too costly. OEM software is not oriented for customers. It has no box, no user manual, no additional bonuses or extra technical support from manufacturer. All these factors make programs really expensive. We provide licensed OEM software without these extra costs, so we have managed to reach really low prices on all most popular programs.
3. Will I need to visit the manufacturer’s website to register my copy?
Absolutely not as OEM software doesn’t require this. We have already registered all our programs, so you don’t need to perform any kind of registration.
4. What about updates? Will I get them?
Sure you will! If the manufacturer of your software issues an update, you will be able to install it. Moreover, there’s no need to register on the manufacturer’s website to get an update. Just click “Updates” in your program.
5. Will I get technical support for my program?
Our Internet store doesn’t provide technical support. Our Support team will help you only in case you have troubles with installation. We cannot help you to use your software once it is installed. You may get answers to many questions from the program’s HELP option in the menu.
6. If I make a purchase in your shop, when will you deliver it?
We provide our users with immediate delivery of the purchased software. We will send you all necessary information once you finish your purchase. You will get an email with URL of member’s area, your unique login and password. Use this information to log into our members area and download the purchased program. We send login data to the email you have provided during purchase, so please double check it to make sure it’s correct.
7. What will I get when I finalize my purchase?
When you make an order with us, please make sure the data you input is correct. This is particularly true about the email you indicate as you will get your URL and login data sent by email. Follow the URL given to you in our mail and download the program. All programs are available in a ZIP archive form. All users also get a unique serial number, and a manual that describes the installation of software. Save everything on your computer, unpack the purchased program, and install it. You are free to back up your program by burning it on CD or DVD, or store the archive in any other way that is convenient for you.
8. What will happen with my purchased program after I download it? Will my membership be discontinued and do I need to pay for it?
Your membership will not be discontinued and it’s absolutely free. Our customers pay just once – for the software they purchase. Even after you have downloaded the purchased software it can be accessed in your member area as many times as you wish.
9. Can you ship my program on a CD disc to me?
Unfortunately, we cannot. Our company doesn’t ship CDs. We offer downloadable archives with software. After you download the program, feel free to unpack it and burn on CD or DVD.
10. I want to buy Windows XP/Vista/7. Will I have troubles with installation?
Installation of these operating systems is not difficult and you will get detailed instructions with your purchase.
11. I plan to buy Windows XP/Vista/7. Will I get a full version of the OS and do I need to install it on a freshly formatted disk?
We sell full versions only. Download your copy of Windows, unzip it, burn CD or DVD, and then run installation process on blank formatted system. If you have any troubles, feel free to contact us.
12. I want to buy Windows or Office, but what about the Certificate of Authenticity? Will I get it?
OEM products come without COA, so we cannot send it to you. However, you will get a serial number and an instruction on how to install the purchased product. You will be eligible for all updates from Microsoft website.
13. I want to buy Microsoft software, but a product key is required for activation of the products by Microsoft. Will you provide me with a valid product key?
Of course, you will get a valid serial number with your purchase.
14. My Internet connection is just 56 kbps. Can I download software from your website?
If your connection is slow, we suggest using special programs like FlashGet or ReGet Deluxe. These are simple, but powerful applications that will optimize the speed of download. Users are also free to cancel and retry downloads as many times as they want. Please note if your connection is slow, it may take much time to download the product. For example, you many need 8-10 hours to download a 100 MB archive. If your Internet speed is 512 kbps, it will take 1-1.5 hours to download a 100 MB archive.
15. I plan to purchase several applications. Will you provide me with a discount?
We do offer discounts for large purchases. Check our “Special Offers” section to see whether you are eligible for our money-saving programs.
16. I want to buy a program that is not present in your catalogues. Can you help me?
Of course we will try to find the program you need! First please use our “Find” section to make sure the program you need is not available. After this contact our Support team and make a request.
17. We are an organization and want to purchase software for business purposes. Can you send us an invoice, a bill, etc.?
Yes, we can send these documents to you.
18. Can you provide me with a license agreement?
Our organization sells OEM software, so no license agreement is available.
19. I’ve purchased a program, but I don’t like it. Can you return me my money?
We provide moneyback for our customers. Please, read “MoneyBack Policy” carefully for all details. We cannot issue immediate refund because bank transactions usually require a certain amount of time. As a rule our customers get refunds within 6-8 days. Please don’t forget that any chargeback has a negative impact on your credit story, so we encourage our clients to contact our support team first to negotiate all details.
20. I add a product to my Cart, but it’s still empty. Why does this happen?

22. What payment methods are accepted in your store?
