Money-Back Policy

We can issue Money Back only in the following cases:

-    You have made a purchase, but haven’t downloaded the program yet;
-    You cannot download the purchased program due to problems with computer;
-    The purchased software cannot be installed on your computer properly and our Support team cannot resolve this issue; the software doesn’t work after installation or other serious reasons.

Please note we leave the right to reverse the transaction in case we have doubts concerning its legitimacy or you have not downloaded the purchased program within 10 days.

We encourage our clients to check minimal requirements for all programs. If your computer doesn’t fit the minimal requirements for the selected software, we will not issue a full credit.

Money-Back is also not possible if you cannot work with the purchased program due to the lack of computer skills and non-understanding of basic computer processes.

We are sorry, but due to the restrictions of our processing center our Internet Store cannot issue partial refunds.

This Money-Back policy, as well as our Terms and Conditions, can be changed without any prior notice.
