We encourage our clients to read the following article as it contains the answers to all most popular questions.

1. You have purchased a program in our Internet store, but you cannot download it or your download is too slow.
First please check your download speed. Downloading large archives may be difficult if your Internet connection is slow. In case you experience problems with downloading, we suggest using the so called download managers. These are programs like FlashGet (Windows computers) or iGetter (Mac computers). We provide our clients with these programs for free, so you can download the one you need in your member’s area.

Please note, if you download a large program like Windows 7, programs by Adobe or AutoCAD products, do not use Internet Explorer for this purpose. This browser cannot resume download. This means if your download speed falls or something blocks your download even for a second, it will be terminated and you will have to start it again. This will never happen with download managers like FlashGet as these programs simply resume the download.

2. You have downloaded the archive, but you cannot extract it.
We recommend using WinZip to unpack the purchased archive with program. This software is also available for free purchase in member’s area. If you use Mac computer, you can easily extract all archives using Archive Utility.

3. You have problems with installation, or you get a trial version and cannot find a serial number.
Download the archive and extract it, then open the extracted folder. Each folder contains a README file with detailed instructions concerning the purchase.
