Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully as your order on this website signifies your acceptance of the following terms of use.

1. Important information about this legal contract.

1.1. This is a Sale Agreement between you (the Customer) and TopSoftware4Download. A fact of purchase signifies the acceptance of this Sale Agreement by the Customer. (All further “you” and “your” references are related to the Customer; such references as “Site” and “Store” relate to TopSoftware4Download and its affiliates.) TopSoftware4Download leaves the right to change these Terms and Conditions without any prior notice. The Terms and Conditions posted at the moment of an order by the Customer are valid and will be used in negotiations if any arise.

2. Basic Purchase Conditions.

2.1. You are informed that the software you purchase is available only in the languages mentioned on the program’s page or by the store’s Support;

2.2. You agree to follow all instructions concerning the downloading and installing the purchased program;

2.3. Your purchased program cannot be registered with the program’s manufacturer. You will get all updates for all products you purchase;

2.4. No printed license documentation is available;

2.5. We do not ship CDs with software;

2.6. The Customer will get assistance with software downloading and installation. Once the product is downloaded and property installed, no technical support is provided by the Store. You will also not get any support from the program’s manufacturer. The Store can only help you to install and adjust the purchased software.

2.7. In case you plan to purchase any of the programs mentioned in the next paragraph you confirm that you already have or plan to obtain DVD-ROM hardware with disc burning feature and CD burning software that supports image disks creation.

2.7.1. The products that should be burned on discs prior to installation:
- Windows XP Professional
- Windows Vista (32- and 64-bit)
- Windows 7 (Home, Professional, Ultimate, and other versions)
- Leopard 10.5
- Leopard Snow 10.6
- Autodesk Inventor 11, 2009, 2010

3. Delivery of the products purchased at TopSoftware4Download Store.

3.1. The Customer gets the purchased program by downloading it from the Store’s website. Once your order is processed successfully, you will receive a Confirmation email, which contains all necessary details for product downloading and activation. (Double check your email during the purchase as you will get this information sent by email!)

3.2. After you complete your order, we send you all information necessary to access our Download Center. As a rule, users get access within 1 hour after the order is completed. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 1 hour, please, contact our Support team and The Store will send it once more.

4. Format of files for download.

4.1. Our Download Center offers downloads in two formats – ZIP and RAR archives. You will receive instructions on how to extract files from the archive.

5. Extra Charges.

5.1. We charge a flat fee of 6.5USD with each transaction.

6. Order Cancellation and MoneyBack.

6.1. You cannot get a full refund in the following cases:

6.1.1. You have purchased the program, but your computer doesn’t fit its minimal requirements. Each product in the Store has basic system requirements indicated at the bottom of a program’s page. By making a purchase at the Store you confirm that you have learned these requirements and your system fits them.

6.1.2. The customer cannot install the purchased software due to lack of basic computer knowledge. All programs are sold with understanding that customers are aware of basic computer functionality.

6.2. Due to peculiarities of our processing center we are unable to issue partial refunds.

6.3. When you make a purchase at the Store, you agree you have a general idea of the selected program and its basic tasks. The Store is not responsible for the damage caused by the program to the Customer’s computer due to the lack of this knowledge.
